The cabin is so enchanting it belongs in a children’s book. It is beautifully decorated and fully supplied with basic necessities, coffee, tea, etc. It is surrounded by trees but still has enough open space to see the Northern lights at night. During our stay, they were very active and I saw them every night from the comfort of the loveseat. The hosts are very attentive, and the property caretaker had everything clean and set up when we arrived. We felt welcome as soon as we opened the door. The area is quiet, so you can expect to relax and sleep well at night.

We had an amazing little honeymoon at the bunk house. Kyle was a great host and communicated very well! We would highly recommend staying here and might stay again ourselves!

Andy's place was a historic gem! The location is safe and quiet and the historic charm is so inviting. Andy's was extremely responsive throughout our stay and he provided excellent local directions.

We loved our stay! The house cleaning and cozy, beautiful setting, nice quite location. Close enough to town but still had the feeling of nature and calm. Hosts provided a lot of communication and helping info. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely spotless and the giant loft space was a huge surprise bonus. A lot of places in Fairbanks are cool, but show signs of being run down or overused. Andy’s house is pristine, spacious, and very comfy. The property is very well managed and it shows. Slept peacefully, enjoyed the amenities and had a very easy time getting in and out of the driveway with the winter conditions. Will be staying here again

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We had never seen snow before, so the view from the cabin felt like a portal to a whole new world. The trees were completely covered in snow—it was beautiful. Andy was very friendly and attentive the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Fairbanks.

We absolutely loved our stay here - perfect location and felt private but well connected with easy access to the grocery store and nearby activities. The house itself was well equipped to host with toothbrushes, deodorant and other extras that may have been forgotten at home! The hot tub was a huge plus for us as well. We would love to stay here again for any future stays in Fairbanks!

Andy’s place was great! I have taken my mom to several Airbnb’s and she said this one was her favorite by far. Cabin was close to airport, very clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Fairbanks.

This was our first time visiting Fairbanks and Alaska and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect! Close enough to town but still peaceful with beautiful scenic views. The home was very clean and even better than the photos. When we arrived, we were honestly blown away by how nice and spacious it was. Andy is a great host with great communication and clear directions, and he made us feel right at home! The hot tub was also a great bonus after being out in the cold. We would definitely stay here again! I would rate this 10 stars if I could!!
