If cigarette butts are found inside the property we will charge per hour of an $50 cleaning.      No outside visitors, no overnight guests without prior approval from hosts     Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please remain quiet enough so as not to be heard by the neighbors.    Please do not rearrange the furniture!    WIFI: Owners are not liable for illegally downloaded content; any fines will be passed to guests.     NO PETS without pre-approval - Any pet found on the property will result in a $500 charge. Additional fees may apply if additional cleaning is required.  We will consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Andy’s place was a convenient location for my husband and me during our recent visit with our daughter at UAF. Drive between Fairbanks and Andy’s place was convenient and we had no difficulties with location. Quiet, clean, and a kitchen ready to walk into and cook (after a stop in town for some local ingredients, of course)! Although spring is definitely arriving, we still appreciated the place being preheated for arrival with easy access to water at the tap. The sauna was a nice bonus for us both. Andy was super communicative and we had no issues. A great stop for family visits - we will add it to the top of our list for places to return to on our next visit!

Missing a star. This property and owner combination is really a six-star rating. Airbnb is doing it in Injustice only allowing five stars. Seriously though, Andy was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that came up during our 5-day stay. Property is super clean. Kitchen is stocked with any type of cookware you need. Andy goes out of his way to provide information about surrounding area. There's always detailed information on how to run anything in the house. Everything is well labeled. I truly can't say enough good things about this property.
