Good to know

Two bedroom, one full bath apartment. Large living room overlooking the Main Street. With an eat in kitchen at the back of the apartment, enjoy your meals in peace before heading out to explore historic Mineral Point. On rainy days enjoy a covered porch, perfect for games and cocktails. Please note The apartment has two window AC units. The bathroom is on the smaller side due to the building being an open and certified historic property, which limits changes to the layout. Both bedrooms have two doorways and do not have windows. The apartment is located above a working laundromat. Cell service may be poor inside the building, depending on your phone carrier.

If you consume items out of the fridge and cupboards that were present when you arrived the host will not take any responsibility for the consumables. NO PETS with out pre approval - Any pet found on the property will result in a $300 charge. Very cozy and warm . We enjoyed our stay very much . Very quiet and peaceful place . Had a great view of the Main Street from the living room. Lots of pillows for comfort ! Bathroom had some extra which was great since I forgot toothpaste ! In general, a great place for a quiet getaway 🩵

Andy's place was fantastic! Mineral Point is a special place for us and this was a charming, spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Loved walking to Cafe 43, Wild Blue Yonder, Tipsy Cow (miss you Tony), for brunch and dinner. Over the years we've stayed at (now) 10 different Historic MP downtown locations; and Andy's place was a welcome addition!
