Luxe Spa Cabin: Hot Tub + Sauna + Fire

As a SuperHost, we aim to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay! We love our home and we do all the work to keep it in perfect shape. We expect that from you. Please keep food and drink on first level of home in the kitchen and living area Please take shoes off at the door Please refrain from wearing shoes in doors, especially high heels on the wood floors NO SMOKING - A $250 fee will be charged if our rooms are smoked in. If cigarette butts are found inside or outside the property we will charge a $50 cleaning fee. No outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from hosts Our grill is for guest use only so please no parties on our property per Airbnb Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Shall remain quiet enough so as not to be heard by your neighbors. Please do not rearrange our furniture! WIFI: Owners are not liable for illegally downloaded content; any fines will be passed to guest.  We have cleared a space for you in the fridge. We do our best to keep up with expirations, but ultimately it is the guest’s decision to consume those items. If you consume items out of the fridge and cupboards that were present when you arrived the host will not take any responsibility for the consumables. NO PETS with out pre approval - Any pet found on the property will result in a $300 charge. Additional fees may apply if additional cleaning is required.  We will consider pets on a case by case basis. If we confirm the stay of your pet we will provide a kennel it must be put in at night. When inside the pet must remain in the tile floored room. When outside the dog must remain on a leash at all times per local law. If approved by host Pets Must remain in the foyer entryway that has tile and a baby gate! Pets are not allowed in the main lodge. Pats must be on a leash went outside per local laws and pet owners responsible for picking up dog droppings.  Please do not pick items from the garden Hot Tub Rules Guests are required to follow the hot tub usage rules to ensure safety, maintain water quality, and protect the equipment. All guests must shower before using the hot tub to help maintain water quality and prevent contamination. Do not add any soaps, oils, or other chemicals to the hot tub water. Introducing such substances may result in damage to the equipment and additional cleaning fees. For safety reasons, glassware is strictly prohibited in or near the hot tub; plastic cups have been provided for your convenience. Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the hot tub. Unsupervised use by children is not allowed. After use, the hot tub cover must be replaced to retain heat, prevent debris from entering the water, and ensure safety. Guests must follow the Hot Tub Cover Lifter Instructions provided. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the hot tub or its components, including the cover and lifter system, during their stay. Any required repairs or replacements resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these rules will be charged to the guest. By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. The property owner and host are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues arising from the use of the hot tub. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges for cleaning, repairs, or replacement and could lead to the immediate termination of your stay without a refund. If an unfortunate event occurs please contact us immediately (personal injury, water damage, fire damage, door won't lock) If in the unfortunate event a party is hosted without Property host permission that results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB ​If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB The host/owner and their insurance agency are not personally, legally or financially responsible for any injuries, theft, flood, fire or any other damage of the guest or their belongings that occur on the owner's property during the guests stay. Additionally, guests are responsible for any damages or theft caused during their stay and a claim may be filed against them or through other legal means as permitted by law. PLEASE NOTE: All federal, state or local laws take precedence over AirBnB's policies, which AirBnB fully acknowledges in writing. This property is a weapon/firearm free residence! No fireworks, no firearms, no lethal weapons. All are forbidden    Film and photoshoots are prohibited on property. Airbnb has strict rules regarding this: if filming or photoshoots take place without EXPRESS ADVANCE PERMISSION, you will be banned from Airbnb platform  ANY injuries that result of your stay will not be the responsibility of the host and that you give up your right for legal action against the host by agreeing to these terms. Additional Cleaning & Checkout Condition Policy We do not charge a standard cleaning fee for this property. Guests are required to leave the home in substantially the same condition as it was at check-in, aside from normal, reasonable use. This includes, but is not limited to: * Removing trash and food waste * Washing dishes and cookware used * Wiping up spills and messes * Leaving furniture, bedding, and surfaces free from excessive dirt, stains, or bodily fluids * Following all checkout instructions provided If the home is left in a condition that requires cleaning beyond a standard turnover, additional cleaning will be charged at $65 per hour, billed after checkout. Examples of chargeable extra cleaning include: * Excessive trash or food left behind * Stained or soiled furniture, bedding, or linens * Bodily fluids or biohazards requiring specialized cleaning * Evidence of parties, unauthorized guests, or misuse of the property * Failure to follow checkout instructions resulting in additional labor Any additional cleaning time required will be documented with photos, videos, invoices, and time logs and submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Per Airbnb policy: * Guests are financially responsible for damages or additional cleaning caused by failure to follow house rules or checkout instructions. * If a guest declines payment, the claim may be escalated and reviewed under AirCover for Hosts for reimbursement. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that: * No standard cleaning fee is charged upfront * Excessive cleaning caused by their stay will be billed post-checkout * Failure to pay valid additional cleaning charges may result in Airbnb intervention and reimbursement review This policy exists to keep nightly rates fair for respectful guests and to hold guests accountable for the condition in which they leave the home. HOT TUB USE, SAFETY, AND LIABILITY POLICY (Wisconsin Climate & Assumption-of-Risk Addendum) Use of the hot tub is voluntary and at Guest’s sole risk. REQUIRED USE CONDITIONS: Guest agrees to: * Shower prior to use to remove oils, lotions, cosmetics, and debris * Secure the hot tub cover when not in use * Limit use to 15–20 minutes per session * Supervise all minors under age 16 at all times * Maintain adequate hydration * Refrain from adjusting temperature controls or operating systems PROHIBITED CONDUCT: Guest shall not: * Use glass containers in or near the hot tub * Use the hot tub while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication * Permit animals in the h...

This is our primary home. Our personal items occupy the pantry, closets, dressers, vanities, and drawers. We respectfully ask that you keep these areas off limits. We have provided space in the refrigerator for your items. Please feel free to use kitchenware, spices and condiments as needed. Additionally, luggage/hanging racks are provided in the bedrooms for your use. We want to share the log home with guests to make lasting memories in. The home is all yours during your stay. We won’t be on the property.
