If cigarette butts are found inside the property we will charge per hour of an $75 cleaning.      No outside visitors, no overnight guests without prior approval from hosts     Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please remain quiet enough so as not to be heard by the neighbors.    Please do not rearrange the furniture!    WIFI: Owners are not liable for illegally downloaded content; any fines will be passed to guests.     NO PETS without pre-approval - Any pet found on the property will result in a $500 charge. Additional fees may apply if additional cleaning is required.  We will consider pets on a case-by-case basis. I highly recommend this place. It was affordable, clean, comfortable, and the host provided excellent communication and area recommendations. And the house was perfect for my needs, as I was there on business, it had everything I needed. It's also within an easy drive of anything in Fairbanks and close to the airport.
